We must stress that we have to charge you EURO 364.- (excl. 20% VAT) per each additional set-up day, per hall. The invoice will be issued via System Standbau GmbH. Stand assembly must be initiated at the latest by: Tuesday, March 22nd 2011, 10.00 am Should occupation of the rented stand area not be taken up by this time, and no communication to the contrary be received, the organiser reserves the right, without further notification, to otherwise dispose the site, in which case the whole rent for the stand will be charged in the invoice. All works on the stand must be completed by 6 pm of the last set-up day at the latest. Should this time be exceeded, the organiser has the right to make a charge for the extra costs involved. EXHIBITING TIMES Wednesday March 23rd 2011 9 am - 5 pm Thursday March 24th 2011 9 am - 5 pm Friday March 25th 2011 9 am - 5 pm Saturday March 26th 2011 9 am - 4 pm Soft End March 23rd - 25th 2011 until 6 pm Opening hours for exhibitors   23rd - 25th March 2011 8 am - 6.30 pm   26th March 2011 8 am - 9 pm DISMANTLING TIMES DISMANTLING TIMES commence immediately after the close of the event: Saturday March 26th 2011 4 pm - 9 pm Sunday March 27th 2011 8 am - 4 pm Monday March 28th 2011 8 am - 6 pm Tuesday March 29th 2011 8 am - 6 pm Wednesday March 30th 2011 8.am - 6 pm Should this times be exceeded, the organiser has the right to clear the stand site and store any items at the cost and risk of the exhibitor. After dismantling, the stand site must be left in its original state; any damage that has occured through improper use obliges the exhibitor to compensate the organisers for the said damage.With respect to the trade fair activities and the other exhibitors as well as on behalf of the visitors an early dismantling is excluded. During the opening times, competent staff has to be present and the stand has to be equipped appropriately.
